Celebrate America’s Independence as THE COWBOY CUMBIA TOUR makes a stop at The AMP on Friday, July 4!

Experience an exciting mix of Country, Cumbia, Pop, and Hip-Hop, bringing together the best of multiple genres in one epic celebration with over 10 artists.

🔥 Featuring DJ KANE – The legendary original ex-lead vocalist of the most successful Texas cumbia groups of all-time, Kumbia Kings!  Internationally known as the face of the KUMBIA KINGS, DJ KANE’s voice has been heard around the world on epic cumbia songs like “Boom Boom”, Shhh!” “Azucar”, “No Tengo Dinero”, “Fuiste Mala” and “Reggae Cumbia” to name a few. 

🎤 Country Music Spotlight – Texas Urban Country artist Chris Detroit brings his Nu-Country style that mixes traditional country music with electronic beats.  He is one of the main collaborators behind the success of UMG Nashville recording artist, Louie The Singer, inking some of Louie’s most popular songs and even being featured in several of Louie’s tracks.  Co-headlining The Cowboy Cumbia Tour The Buck’n Crazy Band.  These local favorites will have the crowd singing to all their catchy, country songs. 

Featured Legacy Country Artists – Reny Roland & the Kicker Daddy Legacy Band will also perform a full set of country favorites in English and Spanish, sure to bring back memories of the famous Roland name in country music.  Another legacy artist, Miles Williams & Hammer Down will be keeping the Williams’ Family Tradition rolling with a phenomenal performance ranging from Hank Williams covers and his own original material.

🌟 Special Appearance by Latino Pop Star, Krystall Poppin! Hailed as the next rising star in Latin Pop, her powerhouse performance is one you do not want to miss!  This Texas Latina is already being tabbed as the next Cardi B. and will make her South Padre debut on Independence Day!

This show is All Ages (kids 12 and under FREE).

  • Small Bags (non-clear allowed, up to 4.5” x 6.5”)

📜 VENUE POLICIES

  • ❌ No weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, laser pointers, glow sticks, selfie sticks
  • ❌ No transportation devices (bikes, skateboards, skates)
  • ❌ No umbrellas, signs, inflatables that obstruct view
  • ❌ No spray sunscreen (lotion only)
  • ❌ No pepper spray, mace, or similar
  • ❌ No pets (only service animals with credentials)
  • ❌ No large bags (max 13” x 13”), folding chairs, or assembly-required seating

Age Policy:

  • All ages welcome unless noted; every person requires a ticket

Photography & Media:

  • ❌ No professional cameras or recordings without credentials
  • ❌ No flash photography
  • ❌ No unauthorized video/audio recordings

🍻 ALCOHOL POLICY

  • Must present valid ID (21+ to purchase/hold/consume alcohol)
  • Providing alcohol to minors results in immediate ejection
  • Intoxicated guests may be denied entry or removed by Texas Peace Officers or Private Security

🚷 BEHAVIOR & SAFETY

  • No standing/dancing in aisles or on seats
  • No shoulder-riding, throwing objects, or drone flying
  • No fraudulent ID use
  • Smoking/vaping only allowed in designated lawn areas

🔒 SECURITY & SCREENING

  • All guests are subject to bag checks and metal detector screening
  • Remove hats, jackets, sunglasses; empty pockets at checkpoints
  • No holding area for banned items — leave them in your car/home
  • Violators may be removed without refund

🚗 PARKING

  • $12 per vehicle (All-day access to Isla Blanca Park)
  • Parking fee is separate from event ticket
  • Rideshare, taxis, and public transportation are also available (It is at the sole discretion of each transportation company whether to drive into Isla Blanca Park and drop off at the venue or drop their customers off at the entrance to the park)
