The amphitheater sits right off the gulf coast adjacent to the event center with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It is surrounded with palm trees and beautiful landscaping. There is a covered area for guests to sit and a large lawn area where people can mingle. Even though it will host major concert events, it can also be utilized for beachfront weddings and vow renewals. With the advantage of having tropical weather nearly year ; it is the perfect location to enjoy a pleasant reception and memorable seaside experience for you and your guests.
23 round 66” banquet tables (seating 10 per table) for 230 people, banquet chairs, 12 X 12 dance floor, 8 X 24 stage, 8 ft. gift table, two cake tables, 8 ft. registration table at entrance of room. Complete use of amphitheater for reception ceremony. Accommodates seating of 825 people outdoors under the shaded area. Additional equipment and services available at listed rates and upon request.

The rent you’ll pay covers all the building-related expenses inside the amphitheater, such as housekeeping and any equipment owned by the amphitheater. However, this rent does not cover the expenses related to catering, stagehands, insurance, or any equipment that the amphitheater may need to rent. Additionally, if you require staffing that goes beyond the standard concert requirements, that won’t be covered by the rent either.
Please note that the rent also excludes the costs of ushers, ticket takers, door guards, security personnel, box office services, police, fire marshals, and medical staff.
Deposit: Amphitheater will require a 50% deposit upon signing of contracts
