Know Before You Go: 

  • ABSOLUTELY NO FIREARMS (including license to carry permits)
  • No Backpacks
  • No Outside Food or Drinks including water bottles
  • No Coolers
  • No Umbrellas
  • No Chairs
  • NO FLAGS / BANNERS / PENNANTS / SIGNS
  • NO DRUGS

Venue Policy  

  • No weapons: including concealed firearms and pocket knives or any other object that can be construed as a weapon, by venue
  • No fireworks, or any sharp objects
  • No laser pointers, glow sticks, GoPros, balls, or selfie sticks
  • No transportation like bikes, skateboards, rollerskates
  • Nothing to obstruct view: umbrellas, flags, signs, inflatables
  • No outside food, beverages, coolers, or flasks
  • No spray sunscreen only sunscreen lotion
  • No pepper spray, Mace, etc.
  • No Pets (except for service animals with proper credentials specifically trained to aid a disabled person)
  • No drugs
  • No folding chairs or anything that has to be built (only blankets and beach towels)
  • No large bags, purses or backpacks larger than 13″×13″Age Requirements:
  • Unless otherwise noted, The Amphitheater is an all-ages venue. All persons, regardless of age, need a ticket to enter the venue for an event
  • No professional photos allowed without proper credentials
  • No video or audio recordings unless pre-approved by artist/venue and have proper credentials
  • Flash photography is not allowed
  • Alcohol / Drinking: (Please drink responsibly and plan accordingly.)
  • Anyone without proper ID will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to purchase, hold or consume alcohol
  • Any patron found purchasing, holding or consuming alcohol without a valid form ID will be immediately ejected from the venue
  • Any patron found providing drinks to minors will be immediately ejected and banned from the venue. No exceptions
  • Guests who show signs of illegal substance abuse or intoxication may be refused entry
  • Guests are permitted to stand and dance in front of their seat. Standing ON seats is not allowed.
  • Standing or dancing in the aisles is not permitted. (Places of Assembly in the State of Texas, Article 25, Section 25.107)
  • Guests inside the venue who show signs of illegal substance abuse or intoxication will be escorted off property by Texas Peace Officers and/or Private Security
  • Guests (including children) are not allowed to sit or stand on the shoulders of another guest
  • No throwing objects of any kind
  • Flying drones on or over the property is not permitted at any time
  • The venue will also deny entry to anyone presenting fraudulent identification
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the main bowl of the amphitheater
  • Electronic/Vapor smoking devices are not permitted to be used inside the venue
  • Smoking is only permitted in the lawn sections located on the perimeter of the amphitheater
  • The Amphitheater makes every effort to create a fun and safe environment for all patrons

  • Lost & Found items found at The Amphitheater will be held at the box office for up to two weeks
  • Proper identification will be required to claim your items

 

SECURITY & SCREENING

For the safety of our guests, when entering Cameron County Amphitheater & Event Center, all patrons are subject to bag searches and but not limited to metal detector wands.  Please prepare accordingly; remove hats, jackets, and sunglasses and empty pockets of cell phones, keys, wallets, and other items prior to approaching Security Teams at the main entrance.

Ticket-holders should be aware that there are no provisions for returning banned items left at the venue entrances. We encourage you to leave all banned items at home or in your vehicle before entering the venue. Individuals who deliberately attempt to bring banned items through security checkpoints are subject to removal from the facility without a refund.

EXIT & RE-ENTRY

Re-entry is not permitted once leaving the gates
PARKING FEE: $12/vehicle (Allows for All-day access pass to Isla Blanca Park)
